Terrible watered down shampoo that dried out hair
One of the worst shampoos I've bought in a long time. The consistency was like single cream - made me wonder if someone had used half and refilled it with water before returning it. I had to hold my hand at an angle to prevent the pump from jetising the shampoo across the bathroom. It has a terrible powdery smell - akin to old lady perfume you'd find in the discount aisle. My hair felt like straw after using and only felt better with copious amounts of conditioner. Because it's an expensive bottle of shampoo, I wanted to use it and give it the benefit of the doubt but I ran out of patience with having dry hair from a supposedly hydrating shampoo. I will never buy this again and recommend that you don't waste your time or money - your hair will thank you for it.
