UK Return Policy
We offer a FREE pre-paid return service on all UK orders. When you are ready to return, click here to get started.
Holiday In-Store and Online Return & Exchange Policy
During the holiday period, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund within an extended period from the date of purchase.
Any purchases made between November 15 and December 24, 2024, can be returned by January 31, 2025. For purchases made from December 25, 2024 onwards, our standard 28-day return policy applies.
Items must be returned in sellable condition. To ensure customer hygiene and safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and have all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact.
We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-sellable and reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns for health and safety purposes.
Personalised product and Gift Cards are excluded from our return policy. Items purchased with a gift card can only be accepted for an exchange or be returned for a gift card refund.
ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY
UK
Returns are FREE and trackable, printless option available.
You
have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.
Once
received by our distribution centre, it can take up to 10 working days for your
products to be processed back, and refunds can take up to 5 working days to
show on your account.
Please
note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene
and safety is paramount, items can only be returned for a refund if they are
unopened, unused and with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any
cellophane intact.
We
are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable
and reserve the right to not accept non-compliant returns for health &
safety purpose.
Purchases
made on the Sephora.co.uk website can only be returned using either the free
returns option or by self-post.
We
cannot process refunds for any online orders returned to our physical shops.
If
you receive a damage, faulty product or suffer an allergic reaction, please
contact our Customer Care team in the first instance.

printless option, your QR code is valid for 30 days and can be used at any
drop-off point that offers the same returns service as the one you selected
when creating your return.

Self-Post option only is available – We will reimburse the returns postage up
to a maximum of £10
International: Please note we do not offer free return for International order shipment.
SEPHORA STORES RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

packaging and accompanied by a till receipt.

RESPONSIBILITY
We
recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are
concerned about damage during its return journey, and we recommend you keep
your proof of return until the refund has been processed as it may be required.
Please
note that we do not accept returns of personalised products.
Free
Gift must also be returned before your refund can be processed. If the free
gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift
from your refund.
If
your electrical item become defective past the return period, please contact
our Customer Care team to have an RMA return code provided.
We
do not accept returns after the applicable return period above.
*Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers
with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour and used products or returns ineligible
for a refund will not be shipped back.
