Start by washing your feet with soapy water. Dry them with a clean towel.

Put the skincare socks on your feet, just like you would a normal pair of socks.

Peel off the tab on the adhesive strip and secure it around your ankle.

Leave on for 20 minutes. Do not walk around while wearing the masks to make sure you don’t slip.

Remove the socks, then gently massage in any remaining gel. No need to rinse (that would be a shame!).
