What is Beauty Box?
Beauty Box is a unique subscription service that puts you in control. Choose 5 new products to try each month and select a subscription length that suits you - 3, 6, or 12 months, or give it a go as a one-off.
No disappointments or random shades, just the deluxe sample delights you’ve chosen, straight to your door. You’re the boss.
How much does a Beauty Box cost?
We offer the following subscription options - all prices include delivery. Your Box will also come with a recycled cotton pouch for handy storage of your beauty treats.
1 month one off: £13.95.
3 month subscription: £13.50 per month.
6 month subscription: £12.75 per month.
12 month subscription: £11.95 per month.
Subscriptions automatically renew after the selected period unless you opt-out of auto renewal.
How do I pick my Beauty Box products each month?
Selecting your products is easy. Set up your account and then make your initial selection here - the only hard part is choosing just 5 products to try.
Once you’ve set up your account and your first subscription order has been confirmed, you can go ahead and make your choices for your next Beauty Box.
7 days before your next Box is despatched, we’ll email you a reminder to choose or edit a new set of samples. If you haven’t yet chosen your products for the month, we’ll include a suggested selection which you can keep or amend as you wish.
Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order at any point up to 24 hours before your Box is despatched. For example, if your Beauty Box is due to despatch on 6th March, you will be able to make amendments to your selection up until the 5th March.
To amend your order, simply sign in to your Feelunique account and change the selection in Beauty Box subscriptions. If your order has already been generated, contact the Customer Care team for further help.
Can I pause or skip my subscription?
Subscriptions cannot be temporarily paused or suspended at this time.
How does the monthly subscription billing work?
When you sign up for a monthly subscription, you'll immediately pay for your first Box and make your product selections. The date you first purchase a subscription will become your monthly subscription billing date. E.g. if you place your order on the 6th February for your first subscription Beauty Box, the 6th of the month will be your monthly billing date. Your subscription renewal and next Box payment will be 1 month from this date.
What happens if I don't select my products in time?
If you don't make your monthly selections by your next payment/renewal date, then you'll receive a surprise selection chosen by our team.
If you're feeling indecisive or would prefer to receive a surprise every month, simply ignore our reminder emails and enjoy our product picks.
How do I cancel my subscription order?
After setting up your initial subscription service you will have a cooling-off period of 14 days. During this time you can cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Care Team here (this excludes one-off Beauty Box purchases)..
How do I opt out of my subscription renewal?
You can disable your auto renewal at any point, however your current subscription will only end once your term has ended, i.e. if you have a 3 month subscription and opt-out after your second box, your third delivery will be your last.
To turn off auto-renewal you’ll need to sign in to your Feelunique account, switch off the toggle for auto renewal and save your selection.
Can I amend the address on my order?
You can change the delivery address for a one-off Beauty Box purchase by going to your Orders, click on the relevant order and then select Manage my order in the drop down menu.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend addresses on 3, 6 or 12 month subscription Beauty Boxes.
Can I return my order?
Our no-fuss returns policy means that if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund (unopened, with all seals and original packaging intact) within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an item, please follow our return policy.
How will my Beauty Box look?
You'll receive your 5 selected products in a reusable cotton drawstring pouch and eco-friendly box. It’s our mission to be as environmentally conscious as possible, so we also offer you the option to opt out of receiving the pouch with your Beauty Box order. If you opt out, your delivery will be protected with sustainable shredded paper.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
We’re unable to offer Beauty Box gift subscriptions at this time.
Why can’t I order a sample of a product that I know is on your site?
Sadly we’re unable to source deluxe samples of all our products, however we are adding new brands and products every day, so keep an eye on our new arrivals to see the latest selection available.
How many Beauty Boxes can I order?
To ensure as many people can enjoy Beauty Box as possible, you can order one box per customer per month.
Where can I get a Beauty Box delivered?
We currently only ship Beauty Boxes within the UK and the Channel Islands.
How can I track my Beauty Box delivery?
You can follow your delivery through your account – log in, go to the top menu and click Orders, select the relevant order and then Track my order.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If the contents of your Beauty Box arrive damaged, please contact Customer Care providing a photo of the order and a brief explanation of the damage. Our team can then assist you and provide a suitable resolution.
What should I do if I’m having payment issues?
If you receive an email detailing a payment issue against your subscription, please log into the My Account area and review or update your payment details. If you need further assistance please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help.
Can I use a promotion code against my Beauty Box subscription?
Promotion codes and Gift Vouchers cannot be used with Beauty Box orders.
Can I opt-out of the Beauty Box pouch?
Yes, you can opt out and remove the pouch from your Beauty Box selection before it’s despatched.
