Smells great, leaves my hair feeling OK
I adore the smell of these sap moss products - earthy and natural, makes it feel less synthetic. I use the shampoo and conditioner and they leave my hair feeling OK - not the softest but in fairly good condition. You need to use a moderate amount for it to detangle long hair. I like to switch it up every week with Aveda's damage remedy range, and give my hair a weekly mask as well.

Overpriced
This product smells great and is pretty hydrating however the whole bottle has only lasted me about five washes on my course curly hair. Obviously this is not sustainable for the price point so therefore I wouldn't purchase again.
