Stopped working after 2 months
I bought the atomiser about 2 months ago and I used it almost daily since. I liked it so much I planned to buy more as gifts for my family. I am glad I did not. After 2 months, I noticed the atomiser still "worked" i.e. I could see the vapour coming out of the atomiser, but the level of the essential oils in the bottle was not decreasing at all. I realised the scent was really weak the last few weeks. I thought cleaning the atomiser as per manufacturer's instructions might fix the problem. Unfortunately, it did not. I decided to return this product and not to ask for a replacement, just because I read that other people had the same issue and I am sceptical any replacement would work in the long term. I hope the company fixes the issues, because the waterless concept and the design is brilliant.

waterless, portable and rechargeable atomiser
This is a tall, sleek ceramic diffuser with a metal top cover that lifts off easily to reveal a main diffusion head that is an attachment which secures on to the essential oil bottle with an oil pipe to stream the scent through. It’s waterless, portable and rechargeable. It’s straightforward to use and maintain. It’s makes for a covetable accessory too.

Beautiful diffuser
Brilliant portable electric diffuser, worth the money, the scent is not overpowering and the mist is so fine that there isn’t so much moisture coming out. Don’t wipe the device with a wet cloth as fibres stick to it due to the rough finish, just gently run under water and let it dry. Packaging excellent, lots of spare parts for the device. Had it for a few weeks now, hopefully it’ll last years.
