Change in formula now has common allergen
As someone with a fragrance allergy this was recommended by my dermatologist and it was great. The new formula now includes a common fragrance allergen benzyl alcohol. I now react to it and am having to look for an alternative. Such a shame. Why change something that worked for lots of people?

This product used to be good
Having used this for many years and being extremely happy with it, the new formulation is what I would call sub-standard. This new formulation stings when applied. It is not as thick and creamy, meaning you have to use more. It also doesn't smell as nice. Whilst it does moisturise, the experience is nowhere near as good as the previous formulation. Please revert back to the original formula as it was/is superior in every way. The quest to moisturise for 48hr has come at the expense of what was a good product.

Devastated at formula change.
I used this product for many years and am absolutely devastated at the change in formula.
It used to be a thick creamy product that created a barrier on my skin and protected my skin from environmental allergens. It was the only thing that worked for my sensitive skin and I used it on my face 3x day.
I am absolutely devastated by the formula change. My skin has become red and sore, my eyes have become puffy with this. The thin, weak, bad smelling formula has hurt me and damaged my sensitive skin.
I could literally cry right now as I now no longer have anything safe to use on my skin. Beyond devastating.

Disappointed
Been using this product for years, purchased another with the new packaging label and I am now getting red marks on my face. You have changed the formulation as I have an old bottle too and you can tell this lotion is less creamy.

I cannot use this product. I had used the original product for several years and was delighted with it. However, there has been an ingredient change. This change caused my skin and eyes to become red, sore and itchy after one application.

Cannot use this product
I have used the original product for years and was delighted with it. However, Aveeno has changed the formula recently and added BHT. This new formula caused my skin and eyes to become red, sore and itchy after one application. Absolutely not what I expected from Aveeno. There was no warning on the packaging - it just said 'new packaging'. Extremely disappointed in Aveeno and now need to see my Dermatologist to try and find an alternative. Can you revert to the original formula, Aveeno?
