New formula is terrible
I've used this product for years and really liked it. Unfortunately whatever change you have made to the formula now causes my skin to come out in a nasty red rash. I wouldn't advise anyone who has sensitive skin to buy. Please can you revert back to the previous formula!

Miracle worker for dry skin
Very impressed with this cream, I have horrendous dry skin on my face especially in the Winter, and this is the only product I have found which works immediately and absorbs well without feeling greasy.

Smell.
I accept that this product is unscented, and it is very good for my dry skin. HOWEVER, it smells so horrible that I can't use it if I'm going out. Unscented is fine, nasty smell, not good. The Aveeno I used to buy didn't have such a noticeable odour.

Doesn’t say on the bottle or online how to use
Unknown if this is to use in the bath when skin is wet or when it is dry. Doesn’t say on bottle or online even under the heading “how to use”. I know how to open a bottle top but it is not clear how to use the product.

Change of ingredients- now smells of petrol
I’ve been so happy with this product and have been using it for years. Until I tried a new bottle which felt and smells complete different and nit for the better. It used to feel creamy and thick and smell of marzipan. Now it’s watery thin and smells …of petrol! I’m annoyed and would like to know why they changed it. I don’t using this paint stripper.
