Disappointed with new design
I have used the brow shaper for many years, but cannot understand why you've altered the length of the wand. It is too long and flimsy, and more difficult to apply. The shorter wand was perfect before, and I really miss it. I really hope you bring back the previous shorter one. I am already trying another similar make as your longer wand bends too easily.

Why did you change it
Having very happily always bought this for a number of years I was devastated to discover not only have you changed it , but you have totally ruined it ! It is not a patch on the previous product , in fact I will go so far as to say it is a complete waste of money If your site allowed me to I would not have given it even 1 star

Long-Lasting and So Easy!
I recently purchased a Natural Brow Shaper in Espresso, as although my hair is greying, my eyebrows are still mostly dark brown. It is so easy to use, takes no time at all and covers any greys I may have, leaving my eyebrows neat and tidy with a colour that lasts until I remove it at night. I would definitely recommend this, I have tried lots of brow products but this is my new favourite.

Why change previous perfect brow shaper
I do not understand why you've changed the natural brow shaper. It was perfect before and others always commented on how natural it was. Please bring it back. Everything about this new one is wrong. Different brush, texture, look and colour does not cover my white hair well any more.

Great colour and application brush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving the new applicator brush. The colour is great as always, and matches to my natural colour. The new applicator brush is easier to use and stops too much product going on during use, which is a great improvement on the original.

Destroying an amazing brand?
Seriously why why why would you change such an amazing product? I use to get all my friends on to this before you changed the product. The whole reason I used it for years is because it was the only brand with a decent applicator. Even the formula seems cheaper, and the amount is nonexistent. Incredibly disappointing.

BRING BACK THE OLD PRODUCT
Just like the other reviewers, I've been using this product for years and NEVER considered switching! However, the new brush is just AWFUL, you can't get the same result with it. Now I have to find something else.

Foolproof
If you find brows a bit tricky, or a bit of a faff, this is foolproof and low maintenance! The product is already on the brush, so as you apply the product, you're also shaping the brows. One swipe is all you need, with a second if you feel you want more colour.
