Lash serum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product with my beauty points and I am very disappointed with it. Used it with clarins supra volume mascara which I love, but the serum has made the mascara clumpy.

Nice for non-makeup days.
This is great for non-makeup days, just lifts lashes without intense colour. I have only been using a couple of weeks so not long enough to see a massive difference, however, lashes do seem a bit more conditioned.

Great Product
Absolutely love this product. I no longer use thick clumpy mascara, no need. This goes on beautifully, no clumps, I leave to dry and then apply again. It’s light, not drying and my eye lashes are better for it.

Gimmick
I have been using this daily and whilst it is lovely to put on, soft, gently gliding and therapeutic, there has been no visible extra length, thickness or nourishment. I buy most Clarins products again and again, but I won’t re-buy this one I don’t think.

Serum is great but the hard bristles is painful
The actual serum for the eyelashes is fantastic but my biggest problem why I will not use this ever again is the unnecessarily hard and stiff and painful bristles! Why?! Please change the bristles for the eyelashes to the softest and gentlest you can make and I would love to use this forever!!! It is painful to use ….
