Pump Design Not Great!
Unfortunately the design of the pump is rather bad. Which means that it is very difficult to use the last 20-30% of the lotion in the container, as the pump simply stops working. I contacted Caudalie re. this issue and they were less than forthcoming in helping me solve. this issue or even accept responsibility for the design flaw.
