Directions
Step 1: Starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw a very fine line as close as possible to the lash line.
Step 2: Keep drawing a thin line until two thirds of the way across. From this point start to thicken the line, sweeping the pen slightly up and out.
Step 3: Instead of following the curve of the eye downwards, keep drawing the line diagonally upwards. Once you get level with the end of the eye, keep sweeping the line out and up. Your flick should end 2mm from the end of your eye.
Tilbury Tip: For a flawless-looking result in a flash, look straight into the mirror and after Step 1, draw a dot where the flick should end as a guideline.

Awful
This is the first product I’ve bought from CT and might possibly be the last? This eyeliner is so unpigmented, before I’ve finished doing my eyeliner it’s dried up and is giving no pigment off the fine tip… it’s basically unusable.

Do not buy - save your hard earned cash
I am a huge devourer of any Charlotte Tilbury product. I love the lipsticks, the face products, the brushes, everything. This product was such a huge disappointment though - extremely dry, and terrible flow (skips constantly). The pen almost feels like it’s old inventory because it seems so dried up, but reading the other reviews here makes me think it’s just a terrible formula. Very disappointed and will be saving my receipt to request a refund - hopefully they won’t cause issues because I will go to small claims court if I have to.

THIS IS AMAZING! Glides on perfectly - normally I would need to pull my eye lid to get a perfect line but this just does it- I went for brown as I wanted a soft line this is perfect for my tones! I struggled to find a brown liquid eyeliner - not anymore! Easy to take off too!!!
