Great product, poor packaging
I love this product. It is super comfortable to use, smells amazing and looks just marvellous. However there is a big problem with the closing, it breaks very easily (even with the first use) and it does not hold. It is very unfortunate.

Under valued star product
I love this product, it's the third one I've purchased in a year as I wear it everyday. It is moisturising on my lips and the colour is still definitely pillow talk even though it is less 'strong' than the lipstick, it gives colour and gloss without the need for several products. It doesn't have super staying power as I apply after eating, but I wouldn't expect a product of this consistency to last all day with one application.
Whenever I search for lip products I always have to flick through several pages before I see this it, and it's really rare to find it on beauty sites which is such a shame as it's a make up staple of mine. If you are on the fence, just go for it!

Dodgy lid
Love the lipstick, but the plastic cylinder in the top was not stuck in correctly, so now the lid does not clip back on to stay in place

Everything I expected
I’ve been dreaming about buying this lipstick for years. I was too shy of my teeth after a domestic violence incident so before my last appointment with my dentist I bought this to wear as my first ever lipstick in 6 years. Beautifully smooth formula and has been a great early birthday present to myself

Nice texture
Nice soft texture and feels more like a gloss. Like others say the pillow talk shade isn’t the usual pillow talk nude colour and is a darker berry colour, but this still suits me so it’s fine.
