Directions
It can be used:
On its own as daily skincare, combined with your usual day cream or mixed into foundation. You don't need to massage the product in. Smooth a very thin layer onto the face, neck and décolleté then apply make-up straight away.
As a mask 2-3 times per week, applied in a thick layer. After 10 minutes, remove excess product with water, apply toner with cotton pads then dry.

The one thing that used to make me feel beautiful
The one product in my life that used to make such an incredible difference to how I looked and felt on 'special days' - when I wanted to look really glowing and tighter skinned. It simply does not work anymore. You've removed everything that was wonderful from the formula: But you're still calling it by the same name. It's a completely different product now: It is not a beauty flash balm. You cannot keep calling it. that. I feel tricked. One day, great. The very next day, ( with a new tube, now the balm) awful. Been a customer for many, many years; decades in fact. You should *not* be selling it with the same name. Ruined the one thing that made me feel beautiful. If you are new to this product and like, fair enough. But to the customers, like me, that have depended on it: You will be very disappointed.

A much loved product!
I have used this for many years but recently, the consistency of the cream has changed so it feels less intense and nourishing than the old formula. Will continue to use as an added extra to my skin care routine for now.

I’ve used this cream which had a wonderful firming bright effect I use it around my eyes and forehead with light make up over and it give a healthy glow.

AWFUL
I absolutely HATE the new formula....does nothing for you. Gloopy, sticky, no smell....lacking in all the beautiful elements of the old formula. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL!!!!
