Best ever eye make up remover
I've used Clinique for over 40 years: My first product was the Gentle Eye Makeup Remover, which I turned to after a bought of eczema around my eyes, and I've never looked back. I still use the Gentle Eye Makeup Remover periodically, but the Eye Makeup Solvent is my favourite. I'm a contact lens wearer and this takes off everything completely in seconds, with no rubbing required. It leaves my eyes clean and fresh with no stinging or redness, as I've experienced with many other so-called 'gentle' eye make up removers from other brands. It really was a game-changer when I discovered it! I apply it on a cotton pad, then follow with another pad moistened with water, before I cleanse the rest of my face. As I write this review, it's out of stock, so please Clinique DON'T EVER STOP MAKING THIS AMAZING EYE MAKEUP REMOVER!!!!!!

Useless
Quite simply the product does not do what is says on the bottle. Does not remove eyeshadow never mind mascara. A complete waste of money.

Best eye make up remover
This is my most repurchased product I always keep a back up stock. I have extremely sensitive eyes, I can’t use anything with oil and most facial cleansers really irritate them. This is oil free and rinses completely away with just water. It leaves zero residue on skin and eye makeup can be reapplied straight away. It can be dabbed on a cotton bud to erase mistakes without taking off all of your eye makeup. As it does not contain oil on very heavy makeup it might need a little soaking or a double application but it still removes everything with no redness or sore eyes. I have not used any other product that comes close to how gentle this is on my eyes it’s my absolute favourite.

Does not remove mascara at all!!!
If you want to remove your mascara at all do not buy this product. It removed all my other makeup but left the mascara on so much so that there was no black on the cotton wool! Very disappointed!

Not for very sensitive skin or contact lense wearers
I wanted to love this product as it removed all my eye makeup in a flash with barely any rubbing, but sadly it made my skin itchy and my contact lenses mist up. Im extremely sensitive with Rosacea and react easily to anything with perfume, oil or alcohol so I know I was a tough case! After doing lots of research on skin care ingredients I believe Butylene Glycol is a known irritant and this product contains it (right near the top of the list) so I guess Im also intolerant to that too! :(

Doesn't remove eye make up?
Could not be more disappointed with this product. It doesn't remove eye make up. Thats literally what its meant to do??? Waste of money!!
