Holy grail product
I've tried so many cleansing balms and this is by far the best! Easily takes off all make-up and rinses off easily with water without leaving residue (although I would still recommend following up with a foamy cleanser). It is the only cleansing balm that does not sting my eyes. I will not use anything else!

Skin care must in my life
This is the third time I’ve bought this cleanser. I find a little goes a long way and one tub lasts me either a year if I switch between this and another product or 6 months if I use it everyday. I’ve tried so many cleansers, foam, oil etc and this is hands down the best!
It removes your makeup including waterproof mascara and eyeliner with ease, it melts it all away without clogging my pores or making me break out the next morning. This is part of my nightly routine as my first cleanser then followed by a gel/foaming cleanser. If this ever got discontinued I honestly don’t know what I’d do

This has become my staple in my cleansing routine - i used to just cleanse once by micellar water but noticed how much better my skin is by using this balm to take off all my makeup - it literally melts off all my foundation and mascara!!
