Directions
As a conditioner: leave on for 1-2 minutes, then rinse to instantly de-tangle, smooth and revive your hair.
As a deep conditioner: leave on for 15-30 minutes, then rinse to deeply nourish and replenish your strands.
As a leave-in: rake through wet, freshly washed hair to maintain moisture and plump curls until the next wash, then follow with your favourite Curlsmith styler.

Multitasking my protein needs

My new friend muti-tasks
Ahhh smooth shiny frizz-free boingy coils.
I visited a friend and used their high street brand curl shampoo -- oh my gosh a tangled mess of frizz was on my head. An overnight deep quench was the solution.
I live on a boat where humidity is awful for frizz - this sorts it right out, used once a month as a leave in treatment.
Use it as a deep conditioner for 20 mins in the sauna for glossy seperated spirals.
