Directions
1. Can be worn on its own for a glossy, mirror-shine effect.
2. Can be worn as a primer by removing excess product before applying lipstick, for smoothed and hydrated lips.

This is not a good lip oil. It is so expensive for what it’s worth and leaks. Elf is a much better and cheaper alternative.
