I bought this like 2-3 weeks ago, it keeps turning off when I use some of the attachments I’ve contacted the place I bought it from they didn’t replace it or change it for me I’ve cleaned the filters as well like many times it’s still the same I also believe that the Dyson airwrap I purchased is fake since I know how the real ones are cuz I’ve owned the first generation airwrap before

Very good drying less heat but the barrels are too big there should be some small one with it. I guess I will have to order them separately when in stock 👍🏼

I didn’t like it! It was to complicated. I bought it thinking it would be easier to use but unfortunately it wasn’t and to way to long to dry. I used the curling wand for a night out I used all the products but the cowered gone before I was out the door didn’t product the style I was looking for so I returned it

So want to like it - but it doesn't work on my hai
I so want to love this, especially as it was so expensive, but I'm just not getting on with it. I style my hair according to the tutorials. I've bought loads of products to go with it, again all based on the tutorials I've watch on-line, but my hair just ends up a poofy frizzy neither-here-nor-there mess after about 2 hours or so. It looks GREAT right after I've styled it. It's just that it simply doesn't last. I have to go over my hair with straighteners or a curling iron afterwards, which does rather defeat the purpose. I won't give up hope - maybe there is still something I haven't tired. Consequently, I've been trying to book in for an in person tutorial at the Dyson shop in London, but this is proving to be just a difficult as using the Airwrap itself!
