Irritated eyes
I bought this cleansing balm as I had heard good things and it’s a luxury brand. However I have been using this product for two weeks now and my eyes are so itchy and irritated. It states it is suitable for sensitive skin and it can be used around the eyes but this is not the case. My eye lid and the skin around my eye is red and sore. I am truly disappointed in this product that I had high hopes for. The body shop aloe Vera cleanser is a fraction of the price and is actually suitable for sensitive skin.

Unpleasant odour
I have used the regular and rose cleansing balms and am a huge fan. I thought I’d try this and was extremely disappointed. Rather than having no smell it has an unpleasant odour.

Lovely product and formula
I have repeat purchased this about 5 times now. It leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated and really clean. It’s great at getting makeup off (including eye makeup!) and I love that it’s safe to use around the eyes and ophthalmologist approved.
A little goes a long way and it’s super important to use a little bit of water with it to get it lathered up.

Absolutely love this I've always used the cleansing balm but this nude one is gentler on the eyes would highly recommend perfect for sensitive skin

Amazing!
As someone with eczema on her eyes and neck, this has been a godsend!! I love the regular cleansing balm but this is even gentler, doesn’t irritate my skin and really cleans deep, leaving it feeling hydrated after!
