Directions
Apply a thin film to clean bare lids. Smooth it on from the lashes to the brow, to the outer corners of the eye. Let it dry for approximately 30 seconds, then apply eye makeup.

Good but not great
I like a lot of Elizabeth Arden products and read good reviews on this one, I’m not sure I would buy it again. I used it mainly under my eyes and the eye pencil stayed in place but the primer creased into a line under my eye
