Enriched with Centella Asiatica, super-ingredient well-known in Korea, Erborian CC Water is a perfecting skincare product: it enhances the complexion with its encapsulated pigments, while helping to soothe and hydrate the skin.
Erborian CC Water has been designed for skins that prefer ultra-light formulas: its quenching gel texture is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid. CC WATER adjusts to your skin tone, to even out and illuminate the complexion. The skin's texture is visibly refined and fine dehydration lines appear visibly reduced. Magic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the CC water in dore for a while and loved it in the summer months, I decided to try the clair now my skin has lost its summer tan. It gives a really lovely effect as no coverage but just a fine magical layer that makes your natural skin look elevated, dewy and fresh. I’ve been wearing it everyday.

This CC Water is a clear gel with little encapsulated bubbles of pigment, it has to be rubbed in throughly on skin to break the bubbles and even out the pigment. Even though I have the lightest shade Clair it’s very orange and does not blend in with my skin at all. I have Clair in other Erborian products and it’s a better match this one is deeper. This has quite a strong perfume scent it’s not unpleasant but powdery and similar to a perfume your grandmother might have worn. This forms a slightly tacky layer on my skin, and pills badly, on drier patches it’s very hard to spread the pigment capsules evenly. It seems to suck any moisture out of my skin and overall is really unpleasant to use. It leaves my skin feeling tight and looks patchy and like I applied a liquid bronzer very badly. It accentuates any texture and even if the colour match worked it would still be visible on skin after an hour or so of wearing it had pilled and clumped so badly I had to remove it.

Really versatile addition to my make up bag

Perfect for winter
I was surprised to see the glow and subtle warmth it gave my face as if I have been in the sun. My skin felt hydrated and looked healthy all day. Very lightweight but mighty product! It doesn’t have spf, which is why I think it will be perfect during gloomy and cold winter months when there’s almost no sun exposure, but my skin would do with some hydration and a healthy glow with subtle bronze to liven up my complexion.
