Try BEFORE foundation
I use this BEFORE foundation. I spray my face, spread eventually with my fingers then apply foundation with a brush while the spray is still damp.
I have an oily T zone and as I'm in my 40's under my eyes can look awful with the wrong products. Out of all the primers I've tried this as a primer for me keeps everything fresh and nicely applied. It delays that melted foundation feeling by a few hours and I don't feel like I have to touch up with powder as frequently throughout the day.
I also love the scent. It's subtle but fresh. It's an enjoyable product to use before foundation. The mist is quite heavy which was my initial reason for testing before foundation.

Not good on oily skin
Does pretty much what it says, although I'm not wowed after what I paid for it. However, it does give a nice dewy glow and refreshes dry skin throughout the day. If you have oily skin I wouldn't recommend as it tends to add a slight shine, however with powder or makeup over the top it might work.
