Worth the investment
I have never bought my own hairdryer before now, I always borrowed my mum’s or sister’s. Last hairdryer was broken beyond repair so I searched online for ages for a decent one which would make me actually want to dry my hair. I have long thick wavy hair and when using this dryer with the concentrator nozzle I can get it so sleek I wouldn’t even need to use straighteners afterwards. I also love the diffuser. The attachments, when brand new, can be difficult to clip on and off when the hairdryer is cold - I turn the hairdryer on for a bit first. The whole presentation - box, bag, section clips etc is immaculate. It is a LOT to spend on a hairdryer that only has a 1 year guarantee but since my hair looks like I just stepped out of a salon then I’m super happy!

Not ideal for fine curly hair
I bought this a couple months ago. Because of the diffuser, I'd assumed it would be ideal for my wavy/curly hair. I'd read amazing reviews about the product and it indeed is silent and powerful. However, it's way too powerful for my fine, curly hair. Even in the slowest setting, it leaves the curls undefined, gives my hair a very rough finish with damaged ends.
I've contacted customer service to try and exchange it for another model that would be more suitable, but they replied saying they don't "offer compensation for personal preference", which I don't believe is the case. So overall not a good purchasing experience - wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing hairdryer!!
I purchased this hairdryer set a few months ago and it's amazing! However, it became faulty so I contacted Feelunique and they rectified it for me straight away. I received a new set last week and I'm so pleased! I'll last shop with Feelunique. They offer amazing products and the service is extraordinary!!
