seems to be working
seems to be woking on dark spots but I am also using Azelic acid which is also goof for those as well. does have a slight smell (kind of sterile/ hospital like)

Cleared acne

Was hoping a better result
I’m 56 and my skin has become very oily over the last 2 yrs causing me to break out in cyst like spots. I have used La Roche for years & years. I used the Clay mask with this moisturiser hoping to control the oil. Day 1 I thought there was some improvement. We’re on week 3 or 4 and there is no improvement. I’m as oily as ever & my spots are worse than before. I just need some help to turn off this oil tap on my face. The oil comes through my make up within an hour of applying. I wear mineral makeup as recommended by a skin clinic. Please help La Roche what can I do ????

burned and irritated my skin, i have pilling, red patches and more breakouts to deal with because of this cream, and not in a way that would suggest purging or allergic reaction

Hormonal spots
Bought this as I get hormonal breakout just before I have my period. I had read reviews and a lot of people said this one should be good. I but it on my face but I have to say after a few minutes my face started to feel hot and almost burning a bit. I woke up next morning definitely helped with the spots but my face was quiet red in some areas
