Directions

Good moisturing cream
This is a rich cream that absorbs nicely and is great for dry or mature skin. I just wish that Liz Earle creams had a SPF factor for protection.

Superskin advanced moisturiser with serum
Just changed to this moisturiser from the normal super skin moisturiser. Seems good and feels great. Too early to see the outcome on my skin.

My Holy Grail
I have been using superskin products since they first came out. Have tried other products in between but always come back to superskin. Tried this and now I can honestly say its the best thing for my menopausal skin!!
