Never used this particular product from La Roche before. Absolutly love it. I had a few spots which is unusual for my mature skin. However they have gone after using this product for just over a week. Also the added extra bonus of giving you some colour too.

Great for acne prone skin.
Everything makes me breakout - but this does not. I use it everyday as a base to my makeup and it gives me a good base while keeping my oily skin under control all day. Can’t recommend it enough to anyone who suffers from acne or oily skin. Grateful for this product. The coverage is sheer but it really does just look like skin. I’m very fair and wear the medium and it gives me a nice glow. I have bought this multiple times and I will keep doing so!

What is the hype about
This is NOT for anyone with combo or dry skin. My skin is combo but this literally got soooo dry and was peeling off of my skin. I am soo disappointed with this. for the price that it is, and the rep the brand has smfh. The good thing is the colour is great and the cover is buildable but ugh get it only if you got really oily skin

The best for oily skin types.
I love this and use it when i don't want a full face of makeup. It contains again amazing ingredients and i use after the effaclar k moisturiser. Drys quickly and feels like I'm not wearing anything. Plus this tinted moisturiser instantly mattes your face and covers up inperfections. I love this brand so much and this is a great one for redness or spots to cover them up and also help them heal.

Can you sleep with this on? Or are you meant to cleanse your face before bedtime as you would when you wear makeup?

I would only recommend to use the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo[+] Unifiant 40ml
in the AM after cleansing, and I would always recommend you to cleanse and tone in the evening as well.

It might sound like a silly question, but do you apply a cream underneath this coloured moisturing cream? I don't like the idea of applying something pigmentated on top of my bare skin but two layers of fairly similar stuff would not be good..

The La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo[+] Unifiant is meant to be applied directly on the skin. This product will add a slight tint to your skin and you can apply makeup on top if you feel that it is needed.
