The colour story for the My Dream eyeshadow palette is everyday classic neutrals, with soft purple hints - the kind of colour story that I enjoy all year round.
The shadows all have great pigmentation, everything is easy to blend & build up, and there's no heavy shimmer/glitter that doesn't adhere to skin and goes everywhere, plus everything is crease & fade resistant - even if you wear a shimmer in the crease. I've not had any issues with shades skipping or oxidizing. Speaking of soft shadow; there is kick-up with most of the shades in this palette when I dip my brushes into the pans, but that is something that never really bothers me as long as the powders apply and perform well, which these do. These shadows are soft, but the formulas aren't that kind of mega pigmentation in one swipe, which can be intimidating. I've never felt such smooth and silly eyeshadow formulas before - blending is so quick and easy.
I've worn all of the shades in this palette now, and can not single out any shade for not performing well, so do not have any serious criticisms for this palette. Yes; it's a expensive palette to buy & the colour story isn't reinventing the wheel, but the quality is really something special. My Dream has a very fun and very wearable & cohesive colour story. I very highly recommend this palette to anyone who wants to slimline their eyeshadow collection down to palettes that can be worn every season & can create looks for any ocassion.

Worth it
I seriously love this palette. Yes it’s expensive however I don’t see myself needing to buy another palette ever again… it’s that good. My favourite shades are Nurture, Babies, Spontaneous and Thrill. The pedant in me finds the mis-spelling of Spontaneous a bit irritating! Great colours, lots of potential combinations, super quality, very happy
