Suggested Usage:
-Outline, then fill in the full lip. Smack your lips.
-Lightly swipe color on apples of cheeks and blend outward with your fingers.

Intense Matte Lip
I have a few of these pencils, they are probably my favourite lip pencils on the market at the moment. They are definitely matte but without being too drying. My favourite shade is Belle which is a perfect "your lips but better" I love the tin they come in and the pencil sharpener is extremely helpful too.
