This longwearing, out of this world At The Borderline Eyeliner Marker, inspired by Ari's signature bold eye looks, delivers a waterproof, smudge-proof, bold black line that lasts up to 48 hours. The tapered felt tip makes it easy to create a range of looks-from classic to graphic.
Directions
- Shake well before use for optimal ink flow. Replace cap tightly and store flat for best results.
- If you're a beginner, map out your liner look using a shade in the r.e.m. beauty Midnight Shadows Eyeshadow Palette and an angled brush first. Then, go over the “template” you just made with the eyeliner marker to get the perfect line every time.
- For better control, hold your eyeliner marker horizontally near the end rather than the base to get a more precise line.
- After applying the r.e.m. Dream Lashes, use the eyeliner marker to hide any lash glue that might be peeking through.

The felt tip style of the At The Borderline eyeliner pen is fantastic for control and precision on application - so pointed and it maintains the pin-pointed tip, yet still has a feeling of having a bit of give.
Admittedly it does take a bit of practice and patience to get used to, but the results are worth it. You want thin lines? Quickly and easily done, thanks to that tip. I've had no problems with smudging of flaking; it lasts until I take it off.
This product is good in terms of the ink quality, however it is just the same as many other similarly priced felt-tip liners - there's nothing new or improved about this particular liner over most of the other KVD Tattoo Liner copycats already on the market, so it is a bit of a pointless release. I'd personally recommend the Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes or the Huda Beauty Life Liner if you are looking for a felt tip eyeliner; they work & wear the same, but I found them easier to grip and control as the tube materials isn't as slippy for them.
