Create fuller looking lips with this highly pigment At The Borderline Lip Liner Pencil that pairs perfectly with the r.e.m. beauty matte liquid lipsticks and classic cream lipsticks.
It's formulated with next gen waxes with a creamy feel that glides onto lips. Line, define-and watch them line up.
Directions
- Use the built-in sharpener to sharpen pencil for a precise application every time.
- For a fuller pout, line just above your natural lip line.
- To contour lips, use a slightly deeper shade of lip liner and apply to your cupid's bow and to the middle of the bottom and top lip. Blend it with a lighter shade then apply lipstick or lip gloss.
- Apply lipstick first, then add liner. This way you'll see exactly where you need to line. When your lipstick starts to fade, it fades away with the liner and you're not left with a ring around your lips.
- Formula is creamy enough to line your entire lips. Top with the r.e.m. beauty balm, lipstick or gloss to complete the look.
- Mix and match to create your perfect shade.

The lip liner is nice and firm for neatly outlining the lips, yet feels creamy and soft. No dragging or irritation and once it's set (within one minute), it doesn't smudge. It lasts for most of the day on me - I've been using it a lot recently, with a large variety of different brands of lipsticks, oils & glosses and it looks great with all of them, and has lasted really well with everything.
