Apply your favorite body product to clean skin, then gently massage with the Gua sha for 5 to 10 minutes:
- Start at the ankles and move upward to the knees.
- Then massage from knees to the tops of the thighs.
- Then move to the stomach and massage from navel to the contours of the stomach.
- After each use, clean the gua sha with soap and water.
