Directions
The ideal gentle AM and PM cleanser. Gently massage a small amount onto dampened face and neck, add water, then rinse thoroughly.

Sensitive skin friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lovely cleansing balm, I have repurchased a few times now, doesn't irritate my sensitive redness prone skin, I only wear very light makeup (like brow gel, tinted moisturiser) but cleans this off very well without making my skin feel stripped or dry. My only issue is that the balm keeps separating into an oil and is often hard to squeeze out of the tube, this would be great if packaged in a tub!!

I love this cleanser but please change the packaging!!!
It is so hard to squeeze the product out of the packaging, which means the product separates (oil first). This is the best cleanser I've used, but the packaging is just so bad for the product.

Oat cleansing balm

Gets every last bit of makeup and sunscreen off.Initially I had a problem getting it out of the tube as it was so thick but soon remedied that by putting it on the top shelf in my bathroom, the heat from my towel rail rising helped significantly. Would recommend!

Good first step cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first step cleanser this is great, it really removes any makeup and SPF from the day. It definitely needs following with a second less oily cleanser this as it feels like it leaves a greasy film on my skin.

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?
This cleanser would be soothing because it contains oats. I would consider using just one product containing BHA to ensure you don't damage your skin barrier. I have several cleansers at a higher price point but always have this cleanser because it is fab
