Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Cleanser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleanser, it cleans my skin thoroughly but leaves no dyness or tight feeling. It's super gentle but super effective and I use it every day.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weird, film-like texture. Will finish my bottle but would never rebuy. There are better cleansing balms. This one leaves a weird film-like coating on your skin that is difficult to rinse away. It removes makeup fine but not a pleasant experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good It melts the makeup easily and cleans up really well. However it’s very thick hence why im not giving it a 5 star. Its amazing with eye makeup removal tho!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke out in spots Changed from another cleansing balm to this after seeing good reviews. When using found had separate, found if shook first before use then was better. After a few uses skin broke out in spots. Stopped skin settled and tried again, but the same happened.Ended up throwing away an almost full tube.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the oil separates from the product on a warm day, so you have an overly runny product one day, and overly hard product the next. I have dry skin so unfortunately the cleanser was not for me. It was also hard to rinse off, I had to use a flannel to remove the residue.

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?

Asked by: Anonymous
This cleanser would be soothing because it contains oats. I would consider using just one product containing BHA to ensure you don't damage your skin barrier. I have several cleansers at a higher price point but always have this cleanser because it is fab
