My favorite!
The first thing that caught my eye was the stunning bottle, which is shaped like a feminine amphora and pays homage to Roman mythology, from which the Versace brand draws inspiration. The deep purple hue of the bottle perfectly complements the rose-golden cap and embellishments. The glass bottle is adorned with the head of Medusa, a symbol of power and strength, while the Gothic lettering of "Versace" adds to the luxurious feel of the packaging.
The packaging itself is quite weighty, and exudes elegance and luxury, making it perfect for gifting or displaying on a vanity.
💜The fruity and floral notes in this fragrance speak to me the most and I absolutely love them. I can pick up on juicy pear, bergamot and orange notes, mixed with the scent of freesia, and the musk notes in the fragrance help to calm down the overall aroma. The scent lingers on me for around 7 hours and while it's not necessary to top up, I love to keep re-applying it because it soothes my senses.
This scent is suitable for any occasion and I think it can be worn by people of all ages. It's fresh, refreshing, light and airy, making it perfect for spring and summer. The scent isn't overwhelming, it's stimulating but in a delicate, not heavy way. It reminds me of the fresh citrus scents I experienced during my trip to Italy.
I thought I had already found my go-to fragrance, but this scent quickly became my new favorite.
Overall, I am completely in love with Versace's Pour Femme in the beautiful Dylan Purple bottle. The attention to detail in the packaging, the luxurious feel, and the beautiful fragrance make this a must-try for any perfume lover. Highly recommended!
