Awful experience
Never reacted to a skin product like this. I’ve used a range of cleansers and this was the worst! Started by irritating my skin and it burning when applying moisturiser. Wasn’t sure what product was having the effect so kept using this. My skin ended up so old looking and so so dry. My skin was so dry to a point it was flaking. It was horrendous. 4 days I used this product.

Multi task
I love multi-purpose products, especially when traveling and don't have much space in my bag. This one 3-in-1 is so effective and gentle on my skin, it easily removes makeup as a milk lotion and the last residues as a cleanser and don't need to apply a lot of it, it is very efficient.
It leaves my skin fresh and soft and it makes it brighter and smoother. Nice smell and the hydrating formula with glycerin and panthenol to moisture and protect my skin.

Please please please go back to the old formulation!
This is not the same product at all since the footballs change. My eyes are really irritated and my skin is also now reacting with dry patches (never happened with the old one). I'm so disappointed as I absolutely loved the old one and used it for years! Have to find something else now..

The new product change with Glycerin is terrible
I have the same complaint as everyone else. I bought three of these cleansers last week. They're not inexpensive. I was extremely disappointed to find out the formula had changed. It now feels greasy and there is a smell. I've compared the label and it appears the new ingredient is glycerin. I've been using the three in one cleaner for probably 20 years. Unless they revert back to the original formula, I will not be using it again.

New formula - avoid! Terrible strong scent and leaves skin not feeling clean
I have used this product probably for 10 years or so - packaging has now changed, it says glycerin on it, they’ve clearly changed the formula including the scent. The skin feel is very strange, it doesn’t feel clean and one gets the impression that the new formula leaves an unpleasant residue on the face (maybe the glycerin?). I am so disappointed - I loved that product before they changed it!

3 in 1 cleanser for sensitive skin
Used this for years and loved it but recently bought a new bottle and noticed the branding was different, used it and it made my skin feel burning, not the same thickness. I do not like the smell, very strong smell of perfume.
