Apply daily to cleansed skin on face and neck. Reapply every 2-3 hours to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling.

Hate the new formula
I had to throw it away, I don’t know what is different but it made my skin so dry. Please bring the old one back it was my favourite please please

Not what it used to be
I have used daily defence spf 50 for years and years and it was perfect until you changed the formula. It uses to be fine with my rosacea but not anymore. It does cause breakouts sadly.

Very bad
The new formula of spf is terrible. It makes my skin dry not hydrating at all like previous one. I was using that one from last many years. I was not expecting that seriously makes me feel bad about brand.

Skin reacted badly to new formula
I’ve been using previous iterations of this product for over 5 years, but after wearing this new formula for two days my skin is so dry and inflamed. So disappointed, please discontinue this formula or at least bring back the old one! I now need to spend time and money finding an alternative spf :(

Great product for the summer sunny days
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream soaks in lovely into the skin. The consistency is a little thick once first applied but once you blend it into your skin, it doesn’t that feel thick on the skin. This product is for the face and claims to be water resistant for 120 minutes also acts as a physical defence against harmful UV rays.

New formula - horrible
I've used Cetaphil daily defence for over 5 years. But I assume the formula must have changed recently, as now when I apply it the cream just balls up and becomes a crumbly mess on my face. Honest question, who tested this and thought great let's release this?
Will definitely be switching creams after my current one is finished. I just hope they bring back the old formula.
