Holy grail product
I've tried so many cleansing balms and this is by far the best! Easily takes off all make-up and rinses off easily with water without leaving residue (although I would still recommend following up with a foamy cleanser). It is the only cleansing balm that does not sting my eyes. I will not use anything else!

my staple cleanser
This has become my staple in my cleansing routine - i used to just cleanse once by micellar water but noticed how much better my skin is by using this balm to take off all my makeup - it literally melts off all my foundation and mascara!!

Perfect for eczema prone skin
I have spent years trying to find a cleanser that Doesn't dry out or aggravate my skin which is prone to redness and eczema, I've even tried every Clinique face wash until I came across this, this is amazing, the redness is going no irritation and cleans so well and moisturises. Would highly recommend

Best Cleanser I've Used!
I often get exzcema and quite sensitive skin, but this cleanser is nothing short of amazing. The balm does not react with my eyes or skin and leaves my face feeling super soft, clean and moisturised. It feels like a reset whenever I use it. If you tend to react to cleansers, you definitely need to try this one out.

Horrific - bad reaction
I'm sorry but this cleansing balm is utterly horrific. I've been a Clinique customer for 27 years. Never had any issues. Then I tried this cleansing balm for the first time - purchased it in duty free. I have developed a really bad red raw reaction on my face - around my eyes, nose, neck and cheeks. Red raw with opening sores and blisters. Itchy. Burning. Bleeding. I wish I could share a photo. I don't know what's in it to do this but it's horrific and distressing. Absolutely gutted Clinique. Now I wonder how long will it take for my skin to heal?!?!?

Like no other!
Really haven't used another product quite like it, my new firm favourite. I had been running low of my tub so had to order some more, didn't come in time in between my first tub running out so had to use another branded cleanser in between; completely stripped my skin and left me with a sore, prickly heated face. Finally, my new pot of TTDO came and even after just one cleanse of using it again, I can see the difference in my skin again and doesn't feel as irritated now. I would forever recommend this product/many other Clinique products!

It truly does take the day off!!
Great texture! Glides on the skin giving a comforting feel when massaged on the face. Extremely gentle, even around the eyes and dissolves makeup in a flash! Washes off to leave beautifully soft, clean and hydrated skin.
