Inspired by our award-winning Blurring Balm Powder Flushed. The formula subtly ‘lowlights' eyes, lips & cheeks. Upsalite creates a soft focus effect to blur pores & fine lines, Hyaluronic Acid & Vegan Squalane hydrate & smooth. Crushed pearl pigments boost natural radiance.

Directions

Using fingers or a brush SWIRL, SWIPE and TAP.
SWIRL across lowlighter, SWIPE onto cheekbones, brow bone, across the bridge of the nose and onto lips and then TAP to blend & blur.

Use under or over foundation or as a stand alone illuminator. Apply to clean skin or use as a blush topper. Apply a lighter shade to turn up the low light or apply a deeper shade as a bronze-tour.
