Directions
Step 1 - Apply after cleansing, serums and moisturiser but before make-up.
Step 2 - Use the #13dottechnique for an even layer that absorbs into your face (not your hands!) – to achieve SPF50, you need to use 6 pumps for your face and 6 pumps for your neck. Pro-tip to make application even easier, do it in 2 layers: apply 3 pumps, wait a few minutes and then repeat.
Step 3 - Stroke it evenly to cover the area, and allow to dry down onto skin for a flawless, primer-like finish. We recommend a stroking, downwards motion at the temples to ensure even application.

Wow! Certainly recommendable. Gives just a touch of tint and feels incredibly soft and dewy. Not feeling as a sticky SPF. It just makes me happy.

Not for me
I really wanted to like this. I used it on top of the Dr Sam’s skincare and initially it looked fine but didn’t last the day. It’s settled quickly into my textured skin and separated later in the day. Tried it on top of other skincare but it did the same. I think it would be better if you don’t need to use any concealer over the top.

Looks great on and gives really nice light coverage. Doesn’t make my face oily or shiny which is usually my concern. Only issue is that it feels a bit thick and slightly sticky. I think that might be fairly normal with mineral spf but generally I like a more watery spf.

I’m sure the SPF is good, but unfortunately broke me out really quickly. I have very fussy skin and have to be really carful with ingredient lists. Usually I wouldn’t go for anything with Shea butter but I use so much other Dr Sam products which I absolutely love and thought I’d give it a go. Patch tested on my chin and forehead as this is my most problematic areas. By night time I could see break outs coming up, by morning I honestly had about 8 new spots in the areas I used the SPF. I only used that one time and then gave to my friend. A bit disappointed as it’s quite expensive but just doesn’t work for my skin at all. My skin is completely back to normal after 5 days of using my other dr Sam products.

The best sunscreen I have ever used - it doesn't streak, it soaks in well and the tint means I don't have to wear make up on top if I don't want to.
My only slight issue is the colour options - I ended up buying tint 1 and 2 and mixing together as 1 was too light and 2 was slightly too dark for me.
