Directions
Prep: Be sure to moisturize skin before applying foundation.
Always shake before use for smooth application.
For medium coverage: Apply 1 pump of Soft’Lit Foundation to the back of your hand. Dip a damp Precision Makeup Sponge 100 into the product and begin applying at the center of your face, or wherever coverage is desired, pressing foundation into skin and blending outward.
For full coverage: Apply 1- 2 pumps of Soft’Lit Foundation directly on the Foundation Brush 145 and blend. Add more to build your desired coverage.

Perfect for combination skin
The bottle is a high quality frosted glass with a simple sleek design including the lid which also has the logo on which is a nice touch.
The pump lets out a good amount of product and works well, it is included which is a plus!
I found the consistency to be perfect it wasn’t too thin or too thick. It had great coverage medium buildable which blends out seamlessly.
On the first coat it covers imperfections well but not completely and makes the skin tone so even. It looks like your skin but better.
If you add a second coat, which in my opinion is only necessary if you have problematic skin like myself, it covers up imperfections very well without looking cakey.
It works well with other products like blush in powder or liquid form without separating. Concealer blends well into the foundation.
My favourite thing is that even on dry skin areas or acne it doesn’t exaggerate or sit on top of it but looks so natural and airbrushed.
I wore this for 8 hours without touching up and it didn’t oxidise at all, it became the tiniest bit oily and textured on dry areas to be expected. However this product at the end of the day looked better than majority of foundations I’ve tried when first applied or an hour in.
My skin looks absolutely beautiful in this so natural but perfect! I’ve tried many foundations and this is the best by far.
It still looks wearable and beautiful at the end of the day. I am absolutely impressed with how little oil developed when wearing this as usually my foundation completely melts off within hours.
I have combination skin and have tried so many foundations but this one has by far came up on top and I can highly recommend it!

My skin looks very natural
I received Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation 32ml ( 150 shade) from the Sephora community in exchange for my honest review.
* Medium coverage.
* Elegant glass bottle and has no irritating smell.
It's difficult for me with the foundation: to adjust the colour and the dry patches don't look bad, the oily T-Zone doesn't even get greasy, and perfectly fits my fair skin tone.
Since I have sensitive combination skin, the make-up base should last a long time, and the skin feels calm, without irritation or clogging pores.
With this product, the makeup looks fresh, very natural (perfectly covers my Rosacea ), matte, radiance and so lightweight that it doesn't feel like I have a foundation on my face.
My skin feels hydrated and together this product improves my skin tone and makes more brighter.
Highly recommending.

Not for me
I was kindly sent this foundation to review as part of the Sephora community.
For me, I’d say the foundation has a semi matte finish. I found out very quickly that I do need to really hydrate my skin before using the foundation as it did cling to my dry patches if I didn’t. The foundation unfortunately did emphasise the texture of my skin and i honestly didn’t find it transfer proof. I found that when I applied the foundation with a brush, it kinda just sat on my face instead of blending into the skin so I do find it better to apply with a sponge and less it better. I do think that if you have dry skin and prep well, it will give you a slight luminous finish, but I can’t agree with the claims of it feeling like a second skin finish, as it did feel quite heavy on my face. Unfortunately it did separate on my skin after a few hours. I really wanted to love this foundation but I just don’t think it was a right match for me this time.

Tens across the board…..
I was lucky enough to try out this foundation as part of the community.
Let’s start with the packaging, I love the shape on this bottle I recall having the first Fenty foundation and the lids were round these lids were a fun twist and change to the packaging. I love it comes in a glass bottle gives a pinch of a lux feel to the product although added weight if you are taking it away on holiday!
I loved how this was much more lightweight than the OG foundation, definitely less heavy and a more buildable medium coverage. Easy to apply and blended like an absolute dream. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the luminous aspect of the foundation as any product that promises some sort of glow to it is either greasy or you end up looking like a disco ball…… fortunately this product did neither as just left me with a radiant glow. On the skin it wore well, not much wear obvious after a few hours which is always a win as means you don’t need to top up or touch up. For me I didn’t notice much creasing issues which was another positive.
Overall this foundation is great for a more medium coverage with a healthy glow, would I buy it again…. Yes and I would recommend it too.

Definitely longwear foundation, but...
I was given the opportunity to review this from the Sephora community. As all Fenty foundations I've tried so far, it's spot on when it comes to the shade, it does not oxidise, and it does stay on all day. It's quite luminous and has a soft matte blurring effect when put on. However, once it's on, if you have any imperfection ranging from nose pores to dry patches, it will stick on them. And in a few hours, especially when work outside in the summer it will start separating. Granted, I used it over my spf and a primer (which haven't caused me an issue before with other foundations), but I tried it ok its own, and using different combinations of products under it, and it keeps acting up. I found that if I mix a tiny amount with my spf it looks way better, and I'll keep trying to make it work for me, but for now it's not the best.

Luxury in a bottle
As part of the Sephora community I received the FENTY BEAUTY SOFT'LIT Naturally Luminous Longwear Foundation in the shade 175 to test. This foundation is a long wear, medium coverage foundation that leaves a luminous finish.
My first impressions of this foundation was that it feels luxurious. The packaging is simple but quite weighty, making it feel very high quality.
As I have dry skin and usually stick to serum foundations, I was very skeptical about whether this foundation would work for me. This foundation also aims to keep your skin hydrated, but since has a bit of a thicker consistency than I’m used to I thought it would cling to my dry areas. However, I was completely wrong.
A little goes a long way and it applies effortlessly with a beauty blender. It left my skin with a natural looking glow and even skin tone which lasted all day.
I did find that there was a little bit of transfer, but it was nothing too bad. Overall I would definitely recommend this foundation as I loved the finish if left on my skin and how luxurious it felt.
