- FIRST AID BEAUTY Anti-chafe stick – Stick with Shea Butter + Colloidal Oatmeal: Apply 4-5 swipes to skin, or as many swipes as needed to cover the area. Use on inner thighs or anywhere you experience chafing for a non-greasy glide.

1. After cleansing, apply onto wet skin and gently massage with fingertips onto problem areas.
2. Rinse and pat dry.
3. Follow with moisturiser.
4. Use 1-2 times a week as tolerated.
