Directions
Directions for use: Dry teeth thoroughly. Before first use, prime pen by clicking the button until the formula starts to reach tip. Brush a layer of gel onto teeth. Whiten for 2 minutes. Rinse mouth with water. Do not swallow. Store in cool dry place.

I can't say I was blown away by the Hismile teeth whitening pen. It was a bit finicky to handle, and the results on my teeth were average at best. No major discomfort, thankfully.
