Directions

1) Sharpen lip liner to a point and line the edge of lips prior to applying lip color.
2) Fill in lips if desired.

Pro Tips
1) To create more fullness, begin in the outer corner of the top lip and draw a soft line that connects the outer corner to the Cupid's bow.
2) As you get to the center of the lips, slightly overdraw just the center of the lips.
