What’s the best way to apply the SEPHORA COLLECTION 12HR mattifying powder?
Take a little compact powder with the PRO weightless effect powder brush #91 or the Vegan Multitasker brush #6. Tap the brush handle on the back of your hand to remove excess powder. Apply the powder on your whole face to instantly mattify your complexion. Focus on the T zone (forehead, nose and chin) which are usually the shiniest areas. Use the Precision powder brush #59 to apply powder in the places that are most difficult to access, like the sides of the nose.
With or without foundation?
The 12HR finish mattifying powder can be use alone for a natural matte effect or as a touch-up over your foundation to mattify and perfect the makeup result.
What is a mattifying powder for?
It’s a finishing powder that’s applied as the last step of face makeup. It limits shine, which may make your makeup cake. It therefore improves its wear and gives you a fresh look all day long. Its use is recommended for combination to oily skin which is naturally prone to excess sebum.
Should I apply the powder before or after the foundation?
A mattifying fixing powder is always applied after a cream or liquid foundation. It can also be used alone, on naked, moisturised skin.
Should I use the powder before or after the blush?
It’s best to apply the powder after the blush. This step optimises the colour’s wear on your cheekbones.

Sliky and smooth
This is well packaged and easy to use. I'm not sure about the texture it is lightweight, but I was not impressed with the colour, and when I applied, I felt I could not really see it ob my face.
I might look to get another one in a darker shade as it went on nice and felt nice on my skin, just not very noticeable.

I been lucky for trying Sephora mattifying powder from Influenster and I have to say that is a well done made face powder. Maybe the colour is a bit darker than what it seems, however does cover well and last the while day without any shine so pretty good powder.
It feels so light and airy on my face skin and last all day without the need for a top up. It blends well with my skin. It has a very light and delicate scent , so it’s nice.

Good coverage
I love the simple packaging design, easier to see the shade. I really like the texture of the powder on my skin, I suffer with quite oily skin and this has kept my skin looking matte all day! I love it. The is no scent which I like in products like this. High quality powder, I would definitely recommend.

Darker but good
Colour was a little darker than I had imagined, but not too bad once you've got it on. Good mattifying effect, I have really oily skin normally and it helps up pretty well, would still have to reapply if I was out for a long time and wanted to be picture perfect. Loved the packaging, felt really nice in hand and sturdy, will probably withstand a few knocks in the bottom of my bag. Has a weird smell I've not noticed in makeup before, but not noticeable when you're wearing it

I think I picked 2 dark a colour but this compact powder is amazing leaves a flawless finish to my make up blends well and coverage was great , it helped with my oily noise and forhead last for 12 hrs ,I received this product from influenster free in exchange for my honest review

I hadn't used this Sephora finishing powder before. I will not go without it now. Where has it been I love it. Finishes my makeup routine perfectly. It doesn't have any flaws great touch I would highly recommend
