Some great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the CryoGlow as part of a product test and have had the chance to use it for several weeks.
My first thought on receiving the parcel was the size, it comes in a substantial Box and was well packaged (without plastic) - but it was much bigger than i anticipated.
The mask itself is rigid unlike some LED masks I’ve seen but it has adjustable straps to fit to different face shapes and sizes. It is heavy when you put it on and can feel a bit uncomfortable if you don’t quite get the straps tight but it’s easily fixed by adjusting them when on. There are also cooling eye pads inside the mask with a spare set if needed to help get the best fit.
The mask comes with a remote control which is attached by a wire to the mask - it has a belt loop so if you do decide to wear it while doing chores or walking around it can be attached to clothing.
There are many different settings depending on the type of treatment you want. The instructions clearly explain each option in detail and there are also instructions and a video guide on the remote control itself which was really helpful.
Once you’ve charged it for the first time you are good to go. The mask is easy to use but the LED lights are quite bright and it is a bit noisy due to the motor which runs while it’s switched on but you do soon get used to it.
I have mainly used the Better Ageing setting and it’s hard to know whether it’s having any impact after only a few weeks but it certainly doesn’t irritate or cause any discomfort. My favourite feature is the under eye cooling setting which did show a visible impact, de-puffing eye bags after only one use. You can adjust the level of cooling to suit your needs too.
Overall I’d say this is a very sturdy product with some good features.

Nice product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the cryoglow daily for 8 weeks now, using the blemish control setting. Within four weeks I noticed an improvement in skin texture and reduction in breakouts. I also noticed that any breakouts seemed to calm down more quickly. I would say the changes are subtle and I haven’t noticed any anti-aging benefits, but I haven’t been using that setting as much. I really like the under-eye cooling.
The main drawback is that the mask is very heavy to wear and I found that it dragged down on my eye area. I found it most comfortable to lay down wearing the mask, which was sometimes hard on a busy day.

Good quality and easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark CryoGlow mask is easy to use and great quality, I particularly loved how it has instant cooling pads under the eyes which you feel immediately. There are 3 modes to choose from all of which are enhanced by additional cooling features. The sessions are short too which meant as a working mum and 4 I can pop the mask on anytime I had a spare 10 minutes. It fits well and has straps that adjust of needed. My skin definately looks and feels better and after 8 weeks of use I have noticed the difference and noticed a reduction in some of those finer lines and blemishes, my skin has a healthy glow!

Innovative product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product in order to give a honest review and i must say i was unsure if the price point would be justified. It really helped to take a picture before starting use and now 2 and a half months later looking at the results as during that time i didnt think it was really working that well but from looking at pictures i can defintely notice a difference.
Upon opening the box it was presented well and its handy to have a bag to store it in, i was suprised by how heavy it was but its easy to use and also had the booklet inside. The remote was very handy as it had instructions inside and the function showing how many times id used that routine was very useful for me to keep track.
My skin appears to be smoother and the texture under my eyes has improved. I would say its a product that yeilds results but you have to give it time. Steady but worth it. I would recommend it as my skin texture is more even. The cooling effect takes some time getting used to but as there as levels of how cool you would prefer its up to you if you would like it at the highest or lowest. For example in the morning i like to put it at its highest to help me wake up as you can feel the cooling effect for a while even after youve stopped using the mask. In the evenings i like to put it on the lowest cooling effect so the option to adjust the settings is convenient.
The straps on the mask can be adjusted which makes the experience more comfortable. All in all its a must for anyone looking to up their beauty regime.
For people who see you everyday they may not notice a difference but my friend who last saw me 3 months ago prior to me starting to use the mask commented on how my face looked so much better and what vitamins id been using. When i told her it was the shark mask she joked that the company had got the name spot on by putting 'glow' in it as i had a glow to my face!

Great addition to a skin care routine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this face mask for 58 days now and have been trying out the blemish repair mode. To be honest, have not seen much difference yet, but I can tell that my skin feels much smoother, but definitely need to moisturise with every use, which I do anyways. I have a combination skin and it’s blemish prone so I thought I would go for the most obvious option. Love the under eye cooling, at first it was a but unpleasant as I tried on the highest cooling, but didn’t take long for my skin to get used to it. I love that the mask comes with few options to fit each skin concerns and doesn’t take long. Bonus on the included satin mask bag to store it safely.
I will be trying other skin care options to see if it will make a better improvement to my skin.
Overall, it’s a great skin care device to add to your skin care routine. Very easy to use and it keeps the count on days you have been using each option. Easily adjustable and comfortable to wear.
Would definitely recommend.

Great every day device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using mask for nearly 8 weeks now. Its very easy to use it and i enjoyed the process. I use it every morning after washing my face and before all skincare. I like the cryo therapy part to wake up my eyes, I wish though that i could take them off and let the red light reach my under eye area. The effects of using the mask are visible but they are very subtle. Skin seems smoother then before.

Affordable luxury
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this product. I could see noticeable results within 2 weeks of use. Very simple to use, I used the blemish repair as I have scarring from hormonal acne and it has made a real difference. My skin texture is more even, red marks are less noticeable and it has given me a slight glow. The under eye cooling is amazing it really wakes you up on a morning! The only downside Is the battery life, it could be better.
