We celebrate Pride 365, but this summer is the time for our community to *really* shine. We're making it our mission to uplift and empower LGBTQIA+ voices, starting with those close to home at Sephora UK. From learning to live authentically, to how businesses can be the best allies - discover the beautiful people filling our hearts with Pride.  

Meet Our Sephora UK Family

Meet Franci (He/They)

The one and only, Franci brings the vibes and graphic designs to Sephora UK. Mum of one dog and two cats, Franci is incredibly proud of the life they have built with their husband, friends, and family.

“I bought my first foundation in Sephora, and that changed a lot of things in me to feel like I could wear makeup and I could express myself in that way.”

Meet Bailie (She/Her)

Dancer and model, you may have spotted Bailie hosting our Sephora MCR store launch. Bailie moves in her own way, literally! She’s all about living life for herself, being a proud 26 year old queer girl, and sticking to her values. Warm inside and out, meet Bailie at Pride for a dance, a sway, a skank, and a good time - guaranteed.

Meet Harry (He/Him)

Meet the guardian angel of the Sephora MCR makeup department, Harry. Harry brings his fearlessness, open-minded spirit, and bold lips into every single makeup look. Leaning into makeup at a time when he was unsure about his identity, it became a cornerstone in discovering who he was. Harri now helps others to level up their glam and find their confidence.

"I learnt to be fearless through the greatness of my mum, my mum always taught me to be kind and treat people how you want to be treated."

Meet Jack (They/Them)

Multi-makeup artist and DE&I champion, Jack is always on hand with a cup of tea, a listening ear, and a makeup look you’ll love. They’ll be at Sephora WEST this London Pride for 1-2-1 confidence boosting makeup sessions for all gender expressions - sign us up. Experimenting with makeup from the age of 12, Jack has found themselves through ever-evolving eyebrows. We can’t wait to see what’s next.

Meet Mix-stress (She/Her)

Producer, curator, and community connector from Greater Manchester, Mix-stress is a queer woman in her 40’s out there representing. When she isn’t behind the decks for Sephora events, Mix-stress runs workshops, events, and creative programmes to help other people learn and celebrate themselves. 

"Self-celebration looks like living in my truth, being behind the decks - being able to be around people who celebrate me for who I am." 

We’re Full Of Pride In-Store

Here at Sephora, every month is Pride Month. However, in celebration of London Pride, we are excited to host some amazing activities for our beautiful community.

All Week at Sephora WEST

At Sephora you are always welcome to express your true self! Join us between Monday 24th June and Sunday 30th June for a complimentary flash makeup service to bring out your Pride.

Jack Oliver, multi-makeup artist and DE&I champion,, is on hand to guide you through your makeup needs. Ask the expert for tips on your makeup journey, and how you can express what you feel on the inside, outside!

Join Da House of Phalanges for free nail art at our Beauty Hub. Come in with unpainted nails, chat to the incredible Zahara about what Pride means to you, and leave with a fresh set and a brand new attitude

DJ Hanna Hanra on the decks! Since 2009 she has curated the globally-renowned publication, spearheading new talent in both music + fashion genres.

DJ Reenie sending out the good vibrations. Reenie is a London based queer DJ & Non-Binary Hot Babe In Your Area and beyond.

DJ Lauren Thompson on the decks! Lauren is a London based female DJ, who’s niche lies in the roots of Disco, RnB, Soul and all re-ed

DJ Jack Mudd sending out the good vibrations. Jack Mudd is a non-binary, Jamaican-British Producer and DJ. They aim to create more space for LGBTQ+ and QPOC musicians in an industry in which they are often overlooked and underrepresented.‌
