Different formula
I'd used this a couple years ago and remembered loving it, so I assumed I would feel the same this time round. Sadly that wasn't the case, it smudges and gives racoon eyes within a couple hours, it's really hard to remove and I've noticed the product drying out quickly in the tube too. These were never issues I had in the past so I guess it's the new formula.. such a shame because I do love the brush but I just can't repurchase..

Smudges after a few hours. Very poor quality
I've tried two of these mascaras now. After buying the first and it smudging within the hour and giving black circles under my eyes, I'd read online that a few other people had experienced similar issues and the formula had been changed. I spoke with a lady at one of the benefit counters at Boots and she confirmed this, assuring me that the new formula was improved. I bought another mascara and it's exactly the same. Not the quality you'd expect. Very very poor.

New formula so sad
This was literally my favourite mascara and it was worth every penny but not anymore!!!! Some reason the formula has changed I can just tell. It's all clumpy and wet and smudges everywhere. So gutted.

Smudges!!!
No idea why but after using this product for about two years, my new one recently purchased smudges!!! It's terrible, black all under my eyes. Definitely not 36 hours of smudge free wear.

alright mascara
i have the mini version and love how it looks as soon as i put it on. my lashes are so long and have lots of volume. but it starts to flake after a while.
