Directions
For application to the skin, wash hands before and after use.
Adults, the elderly and children over 6 years: Spray one or two metered doses of Weleda Arnica Bumps and Bruises Spray onto the affected area, up to four times a day and allow to dry. May also be sprayed onto a damp cloth and applied as a compress. Traditionally applied immediately after injury to prevent development of bruising.
Read the enclosed leaflet before use.
Do not use if:
- You are allergic to any of the ingredients or other plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
If symptoms worsen or persist after two weeks, consult a doctor.
Ingredients
Active ingredients: 1g of spray contains: 0.1g of tincture from Arnica (equivalent to 0.05g Arnica Montana L. fresh whole plant).
Also contains ethanol and water.

Bruising post surgery
I used religiously in conjunction with an arnica repairing cream and cold packs after wisdom tooth and jaw surgery. Bruising was quite minimal. Highly recommend for that purpose.

Amazing for bumps
I mainly bought it for use on my grandchildren and it has proved to be a smart move - I call it my "magic spray"; and it has proved to be so on many bumps and falls which my grandchildren have had - it brings relief from the pain very quickly. However I found it to be very beneficial after my recent hip replacement operation - 3 days after coming home I woke in the early hours with extreme pain in the skin all down my leg so sprayed where I could reach with the Arnica and waited till my husband awoke to do the rest. The result was nothing short of amazing - no need for strong painkillers.
