Not Extra Strong
I am looking for a 1980's style hair mousse that really adds volume and doesn't disappear when I rub it between my fingers. This mousse did not deliver. It left my hair limp and flat. My search continues for a strong mousse that will add texture. Those of us with fine hair do not want softness.
